Crossings at Sixty Six

This place will not contact me I e called several times because twice now they miss place payment some how and said I did t pay rent in full and very well did. They need to get more experienced office staff I believe. Also. I had 2 water leaks for over a year they fixed one I. Bathroom but not in the kitchen. The water ran in the sink for over a year so the noise was to much . This place also had cockroaches so badly I had to put things in plastic containers and bag. Then it had to be all plastic because the mice were so bad in an apt. I told the office several times and they would only say there working in it they promised and gave me 2 sticky pads to catch the nasty mice. They were so bad you could watch them run across the balcony to the next and to the next. They also have 3 laundry facilities on the premises but not one of them have ever been working since I moved In. When my lease was up and I was month to month they raised rent $100 so now I stead of paying $650.00 its was now $750.00 to live in rats and roach stuff with constant running water and. Rotten wood under sinks that smells like mold. I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYONE TO MIVE THERE. And if someone says they love it there telling a lie. It NASTY NASTY NASTY NASTY NASTY. Seems people move in and out. Like A rotating doors weekly. I had new neighbors every other week... horrible horrible horrible place. The one guy they have for maintenance is GREAT THE ONLY GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE PLACE IS HIM HE IS KIND AND WORKS HARD BUT THEY HAVE HIM OVER LOADED WITH STUFF BY HIMSELF ITS HARD FOR HIM TO GET IT ALL FONE IN A TIMELY MANNER BUT HE DOES TRY. TO. So thanks to that guy.

Maintenance is a out spoken. Racsict to white people , They lie about laundry on site , hasn't been open In 6 mo,. No security , but guns going off every other night ,.new m by will right u up for having a cute chair a.d plants outside your door , u safe for any class of people or children !
