      Weve had a great experience here so far. Location is convenient and quiet. Friendly neighbors and the office staff has always been nice and helpful! Would definitely recommend making Estancia your home.

      I was approved for a lease nearly a month before my move in date. I never changed that date. After I paid all my deposit and rent (which was not cheap) I then discovered that they had not done the make ready and the place was filthy. It went totally downhill from there. We had a blizzard while I was there and the wind blew in through the living room windows (closed) so I bought out of my lease and bought a condo. I was not given any consideration when I lived there.
