can't share any positive experiences while living here... the entire property has mold from water damage & any bugs you can think of. the managers spend money covering damages rather than doing thorough renovation and have lied about completing work orders. don't comment on this trying to get me to contact or change my mind, i moved here hoping to find a quiet apartment for me & my daughter yet it's been hell since i moved in. no staff has made efforts to correct things.

Tldr: Lakeside apartments and Shoreline apartments are bad and violating city ordinances and violating health regulations. I have been living here since 2021. At first it was great. There was confusion when I moved in but it was handled. Now tho, there are roaches and bedbugs everywhere. I do what I can to contain them, I pay the monthly pest control fee, still have roaches and bedbugs. I have mold in my bathroom from when the ceiling leaked, never been fixed. I've got a rusty bathtub and paint peeling off the bathtub itself and the walls. There was work done last Friday on the stairs outside... Theres still rusted metal, bolts, nails and sharp pieces still outside my door. The parking lot used to flood and destroyed my car engine last year. The water bill is consistently between $60 to $100 since January. It used to be a flat rate of $43 a month. The office staff and managers are atrocious and lazy. No one ever answers the phone. No one returns calls. Mail gets lost if it's delivered to the office.

We should all call the health department or news stations. if your going through any of the same problems I'm going through 1. Mold 2. Mice 3 can't get in contact with anyone not even corporate It's been a whole 2 years I've moved in none of my work order get completed but get marked off as complete it's been a whole year I've been having this same molded dish washer in my kitchen that Cedric said he was going to replace but he got high n put it in the wrong unit still have not gotten my dish washer honestly don't care for one I just want this one gone I have 3 small kids n the have breathing problems .....also my front door was kicked in I thought that's something like an emergency it took a whole month for the to fix that n all he did was throw it together my rent changes more than Tulsa weather lots more just too much to type they don't care about us we need to come together and get them shut down INVESTIGATION telephone the Commission, at (405) 521-3441 and 1-888-456-2558, or the Tulsa Office at (918) 581-2733 and 1-888-456-2006. I stay in lakeside but I'm pretty sure shoreline tenants are going through the same thing. MAINTENANCE does not fix you apartment what so ever work orders bring marked complete with it not being done. The office never answers the phone. I literally have mold growing in my dishwasher from water back up which was suppose to be fix when I first moved in also mold around my bath tube where it look like the painted over it and it's rusting at the bottom of it. so I Advice people that we get on it and call the code of enforcement on them and also the health department. This place is not a good living they should be ashamed of what they do to There tenant not only that They Want There Rent but can't fix NOTHING what so ever lets get this place and lakeside apartments under investigation

update....nothing has been done air conditioner still not working properly holes still in ceiling bug guy never showed up...maintence guy said they can't do anything about our air conditioner although it's still 84 in my apartment the inside of the ceiling is showing.......call office nothing done....I pay rent early but can't get repairs done on time some yes if it's easy had holes in my ceiling for a month now,the air conditioner unit down stairs is to small for my apartment so had to block off windows and patio with tarps to make my apartment cool last month my bill was $240 because my air conditioner just keeps running I've complained about roaches but the pest control that comes out doesn't seem to work kitchen floor is filling a little wonky now might fall in the neighbors down stairs one day I've had questionable people knocking on my door at night around 1am in the morning

Affordable yes But as for getting your repairs done in a timely manner no way. on 6-3 I put in a request for my ceiling leaking water. needed repaired. looked into my account and it was cancelled, called office and asked when was it going to be fixed.they said they would put it in again. I'm only reviewing these apartments because I was called and asked to do so. it's been 19 days on my ceiling. when I signed my extension on my lease I was supposed to get a free carpet cleaning too, hasn't happened yet, been almost 4 months
