Little roach problem, AC is always broken and when fixed it just goes out again. Other than that it's not horrible.

The staff at Red River is responsive and quick to address every problem! This is an ethnically integrated neighborhood complex, so if you are considering Red River, come prepared to meet, and hopefully accept, a wide variety of people. [A choice of interior colors, from their selections list, would minimize the beige-on-beige boredom; current beige exterior continues to each interior wall making for a real blah overall environment.]
