If you are a professional and looking for a decent place to live, avoid this place!! Buildings and apartments Read More look nice but are built extremely cheap. Utility bills will be outrageous due to awful insulation, cheap windows and cheap doors. In addition, the appliances, a/c units and fixtures are cheap. They will break. This is where the real pain starts. Maintenance will only provide cheap and unskilled labor solutions. If your a/c unit breaks they will recharge the system, crank your air down to the lowest temp and walk away. If you come home after 6pm, you have to call a maintenance emergency number and leave a message. Someone may return you call within an hour or 8. If your issue requires a new part, they will tell you that they have to call someone else. If you issue happens on a weekend or a holiday, guess what... that person who can instal a new part wont be available until Monday. Even then, that person will come to you unit to confirm something needs to be replaced, get the part info and then they have to order it. Somehow, the item is never in stock. They wont call you to let you know, they wont leave a note, they wont send you an email and they wont send you a text. They will just disappear. You will come home from work, only to find a mess and you issue unresolved. When this is brought up to management, they will not accept any blame or responsibility. They will not provide any solutions. This is their business model. I have to admit, I was skeptical when I read the other reviews on google and yelp. However, my experience here as shown that the poor reviews have merit. This place is absolutely not worth your time or money. Avoid at all costs!!!

The insulation in my apartment is very poor. So heating and cooling brings the cost up further.
