Great place for the price.When I ever had a problem maintenance wise I always give them a week to make repairs.But the always do it the next day.The girls in the office are Great and my neighbors are great as well.

I have lived here 10 years and the management team that I enjoy right now is the best one this property has ever had. I hope the owners of this property don't try to fix what is not broke : )

U list availability on apartments that aren't there. I'm glad I just went in person and didn't waste my time with an appointment.

Constant water leaks, mold growing through the walls, kitchen drawers falling out. The worst part is them claiming previous damage was my fault and charging me for it since they claim that I never filled out the move-in existing damage form. If I could do it over, I never would have moved in there.

These ladies in the office suck at communication and customer service! i was in a DAY AGO and talked with an agent to set up an appointment about an offer that was emailed to me. i come in the NEXT DAY and they say “oh that lady doesn’t know what she’s doing , we don’t have any of those units available” then why did i get a offer for one and made an appointment? and then the lady yells “we don’t have that available! do you want to see something else!?” rude and unprofessional. FIX YOUR OFFER EMAILS AND CHECK YOUR AVAILABILITY ONLINE AND LEARN HOW TO COMMUNICATE.

Bradley is a wonderful guy, he’s very informative/knowledgable and answer’s all my question’s (I appreciate that guy). This is a cool place to live. It’s inexpensive but still well kept. It’s one of the best (bang for your buck) places to live in town!

Katelyn is not only very rude. She doesn’t have basic skills like being able to add income together. She’s completely clueless. She couldn’t even explain a viable reason why my application was denied. She let me think I was approved for a month then I guess gave my apartment away out of short term memory loss I’m assuming.

My friend has only lived Thor since 3-31-23 and either has hot scalding water or freezing water. Or it will not turn off. I have never seen a complex that blames everything on their tenants and now says she had warm water and she doesn’t. Water spout is broke in bathroom and the maintenance man can’t fix it. We will have to move her back out now before the end of the month. Who would want to live in a place with no water, freezing water, or scalding water. My friend just wants to take a decent shower! Fridge went out and she lost all her groceries too. There is a reason this are low prices and it’s not for your good, you will be tortured. Just keep looking. 10 days and they can’t wait to leave.

To keep the simple you guys suck. You don't listen to your tenants maintenance requests. And you try to Blame your mistakes on your tenants If I could give you guys a 0 i would.

I highly recommend living here. The maintenance and office staff are always on top of things.

These apartments most definitely a terrible place to live. Water would get turned off right before the office closed on Friday be without until that Monday I was pregnant with no water due to other people issues in their apartments.Had water bug problems ants really bad got all in my newborn clothes and diapers. They couldn’t keep maintenance to fix anything when I first moved in I had a list of things wrong with the apartment paid for a upgraded apartment Overall rate 2/10 I had to view my apartment 3D online couldn’t do an actual tour once got the key it wasn’t what I was suppose to get I already signed a lease only person understood and helped was Paula in the office the rest always had a attitude and couldn’t keep leasing agents

We have reported many issues including sewage back up, floods, and damage in our apartment by the staff. They told us to stay in our apartment with sewage in it Ans the main drain open! They refuse to answer any emails or calls. And they refuse to have hot water in the back laundry area or even clean it. 2 years and only gotten worse …. Ready to move on! Do not recommend living here.
