    Current resident, my washer and dryer have been down for over a week now and every day I call to follow up and get the run around and am told they’ll fix it tomorrow. Also the apartment is infested with brown recluses. Even though I pay a pest control fee every month I was told by her office that if they get enough people calling and complaining about it they’ll do something about it. EDIT TO REPLY: How am I supposed to get in contact? I’m leaving voicemails everyday and I haven’t got a call back or a response to my email. This is beyond rediculous. You guys have my phone number. PLEASE CONTACT ME!

    If I could give negative stars unfortunately I would. I’m only going to state facts a list of just my personal experience… if you view them all & still consider that you would deal with them then that is your entire choice of living here— 1. Your personal life & business is never truly your business, instead it’s the entire staff all the way into the maintenance people’s business, they will talk about you to everybody— nothing is confidential in BOTH languages Spanish & english 2. Rarely pick up the front desk phones, if they happen to, they will make you feel dumb/be hateful/smartalic.& THE ONLY time they will prioritize anything concerning you is sending emailing/texting daily about rent being due & that’s about it. Expect reply to emails least 4 days later at minimum. & YOU WILL NEVER GET MAIL IN YOUR MAILBOX, instead they will complain to you to put the “correct” address & complain when they run to get your packages when it’s really their fault for all the mail boxes just blankly being open without a lock. 3. After years of the same management company they still do not care to have equipped people to come & salt the iced roads knowing the MASSIVE hill goes straight onto 2 way traffic so snow/ice days expect to be snowed in & groceries set etc because they don’t care. 4. Maintenance requests for your specific apartment just might be dealt with, however, they will NEVER call you to let you know when they’ll be in your home, which is terrifying, they quite literally went through my personal window on my balcony because they couldn’t unlock my bedroom door, due to them not knowing I was there asleep, 3 grown men snuck in (keep in mind I’m a female in my 20s) I had to cover myself in my own bedsheets, because I wasn’t fully clothed, I was sleeping of course that is. 5. It is rare for you to have a parking spot to park & enter your apartment. I usually have to park SO far away from my apartment because non-residence visitors park there all the time so just know that unless you park at 1 PM and keep your car there all day or early in the morning/weekends… you will almost always guarantee a few minutes of walking to your apartment. is this gonna kill you? probably not, but you would at least like some parking to be available so you don’t have to park where people have to drive through and almost hit your car or in a hazard zone to get tickets or get towed. 6. You pay extra for nearly everything, for no reason. You pay for the amenities however, the gym has had all broken treadmills and equipment for the past year never being fixed. So we pay for broken amenities & dirty pools…is pretty much what I get out of that. 7. The community bathrooms near the gym/pools had a broken toilets for over a year, the bathroom is always dirty & never stocked with toilet paper or soap…however, they always make sure that seasonal decoration are done promptly in all their offices & bathroom! 8. They fired & rehire employees all the time, partially due to them, realizing this place is not what they thought & that management is hateful specifically, Michelle.. All this to say not trying to bash the property however, these are true experiences I’ve had so I want to make sure that I share them. Because I failed to check the reviews before I leased here and that was a big mistake. for the high price you pay in rent, you would think a lot of these issues wouldn’t even exist. i’m almost positive that all the five star reviews are either fake or the tenant hasn’t lived here longer than a year to even have a true opinion, and they never deal with these reviews. They read them and copy and paste the same reply to each and everyone of them. I made sure to leave this review after my lease was done so that I wasn’t penalized because I’m sure they would have! GLAD I’m out & TAKE VIDEOS OF YOUR APT when moving out so they don’t charge you for false damages.

    I love this place! Hannah, Kyara, Bailey and Michelle are the best staff! My family loves them and they treat you like family!

    I currently live here and the amount of times you have to call just to get the front desk to answer is insane. Problems after problems is what I have faced after moving into these apartments. want something too get fixed? don't worry, this place will jerry rig something up for you as a temporary fix. AC not working during the hottest time of the year? don't worry just call 100X just to not get an answer. want your problems fixed don't worry call and talk to their AI machine and then go online and file a maintenance requisition, OH by the way it'll just tell you to call the office ( I wonder how they'll respond, oh wait that's right you wont get a response)
