I lived here a total of 4 months. Every month was worse than the next. I was only there 4 months because they Read Morehave a ridiculous 60 day move out policy. The washer in the unit barely worked. The dryer shredded my clothes. The shower didn't drain properly. The garbage disposal smelled like rotten eggs. The a/c didn't work for the first 2 months. And they had the nerve to take my deposit, charge me the move out fee and send my account to collections. If I could give 0 stars I would.

In my apt you can see in my bathroom over my tub mold has been painted over and i keep getting mold build up i Read Moren my tub from the constant running from my faucet.there is a loud buzzing in a bedroom u cant sleepno washer dirty dryer dishwasher dont work .all they want is money.night drop box says do not use. They will charge you 50 dollars for being late on rent even tho its not your fault.do not move here. Its not good.I will be breakin my lease.

I apologize for any inconvenience you are currently having. Please feel free to call (405) 843-9697 or come by the office and put in a work order for the issues going on in your unit. We will be happy to come by and address any problems. Also, the late fee is charged when rent is late which is on the 4th as stated in the lease. If you are dropping rent off on the 4th, the late fee is due at that point. We also do have a night drop that you can utilize, if it's more convenient for you.
I was not able to get my DirecTV service continued and should have been told this prior to signing my lease. I Read More was without TV for two weeks waiting on Cox Cable.

The front leasing office are the sweetest people ever, and the experience living here have been well. A few co Read Morencerns about pool hours, no fitness center, and laundry room hours until 10. Other than that it is on the outskirts of the city. It is accessible all around, and nice neighbors.
