    Windows are not sound proof in the slightest bit. You can hear the sound of people walking by even in the grass. Parking can be a pain if you if you don't get home before 6pm. Parking spaces are also narrow. Although I understand you can't have your cake and eat it too.

    It's been a great place to live. One thing that could be better is to add a drop box for rent. If you work an 8a-5p job it can be difficult to figure out how to get to the office when they are open

    Office staff and maintenance are all very friendly and I have had no problems getting things taken care of when requested. They are very friendly and seem to care. I feel safe here and enjoy living here.

    New management not near as friendly as old management was. A few individuals in the office are excellent, but the office manager is not. Parking is horrible. Wish they would have assigned parking.
