The homeowners keep up their homes well. Neighbors look out for each other. It is a very quiet neighborhood.

This neighborhood offers a multitude of outdoor activity and that's refreshing. Parts of the area are getting a huge revamp and the new storefronts and businesses are fun and exciting to go see.

We have a view of smith rock a climbing destination. We are located in Tumalo a family friendly area

I enjoy the space between properties. We know each quietly know each other. The little store is nice and clean. Not too pricey. I enjoy walking the neighbors dog sometimes. Peaceful.

Other than cars driving fast it's out of the way and quiet and peaceful and neighbors are all very nice to each other and overall it's a good part of town to live in

I like having a big property. Everyone keeps to themselves and it's nice to stay home. It is a very nice place to grow up.
