I gave them a poor score because when I moved out, I got my after walk through papers, and the charged me a 12 Read More3 for repairs due to a cat (I'm allergic) that did damage. I never onced owned a cat, and they made up a fabricated story about an unathourized cat damaging carpets due to cat urine.Cat urine is very distinct smelling, and never once did my apartment smell overwhelmingly like cat urine as they claim. So that is why I gave them a poor review, because they lie to keep your deposit.

They were good to live at under a lease. Once the lease ended and we did not renew they continually raised our Read More rent each month. When we decided to move out, they over charged us, said they would get back to us, and never did. They scammed $100 from us not to mention high cleaning fees.

The staff is very friendly and for the most part the neighbors are as well. Loved how it was close to the Clac Read Morekamas Town Center, I-205, and outdoor recreation. The pool is definitely a plus in the summer time too! They are amazing with dogs; I always felt like our dog was welcomed as much as we were. The only downside was that when we got locked out of our apartment no one answered their calls to help us; we had to sleep overnight in our car. That is THE ONLY negative experience we had in 18 mo.

We loved our apartment and the management for the first few years. The manager that was coming in as we moved Read Morewas not friendly or able to make reasonable accommodations. I do not know if this was a personnel issue or a change coming from corporate. Either way, it changed the atmosphere of dealing with the front office.
