I've been living at Creekside for almost 4 years now. I love this complex because it is smaller gem among all the large Corporate, (take a number, you are just a number), apartments in the area. It has all the amenities offered at the other places, but I feel like they treat you like family more than a number. If I cannot make it home before they close for the day to pick up a package, I let the ladies in the office know (Grace and/or Jen) and they will happily leave it at my door. My requests for service are quickly responded to and they are always on top of all yearly services, fireplace cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, set up by Adam and/or Roberto. They are all dedicated to Creekside and its residents. Most of them have been here for years which is a testament to their dedication. The neighbors are friendly and courteous, again, I think with a smaller complex it feels more like family. The rents are reasonable for the area and you get more bang for your buck. I love the fact water, sewer and garbage are included and they don't charge an arm and a leg for covered parking/garages. It is a clean, quiet place to live along the Creek with beautiful walking trails and walking distance to almost everything you could possibly need. Yep, I'm glad to call this place home. :)

I've been a long time resident of Creeside and community is safe and friendly place to live. Managements are very kind and friendly and very helpful. I have nothing bad to say about it.

It was clean! Everyone was nice and they made it a community. With the holiday dinner, everyone got to know each other. I looked forward to that each year. I no longer live there, only because I inherited other property, Otherwise I would still be there. They also allowed tenants to add on to their porches(because they are so small) and make the apt more like your own.
