I like how there are lots of schools and kids playing. I also like that it's walking distance from a few stores downtown.

Very close to the Max and other transportation. Close distance to stores and restaurants. I like going to New Seasons. Meeting new people at the Orenco station taphouse and Schmizza Public House

Quiteness. Nice homes. Safe. Manypolices live in the area. Close to markets, restaurants police present
