                                                  Our uniqueness derives from being in a community setting. Mostly corporate businesses, unfortunately!

                                                  Neighbors are friendly, houses are well maintained. I am comfortable having friends and family over.

                                                  No crime in our area. Close to schools. Great walking area. Lots of families . Everyone watches out for each other.

                                                  There's a pond with ducks a few houses down from us, and wild turkeys come down the street looking for seeds.

                                                  I love my neighbors, they are all very friendly and we look out for each other. I would trust them in my house when I am not home. We also have A block party every year and Christmas event.

                                                  It feels like the country even though your family not a half mileto the stores. The view of the mountain is always clear. There are lots of trees.
