Things so far have been great- the noise can carry a little, and it's annoying not having a doorbell available at the front gate for when company or a package comes, but otherwise I have no complaints!

The standing water in the exterior common areas is a real drag. Especially directly in front of the mailboxes - you drop a piece of mail and the only place it can go is in a dirty puddle.

The homeless in the area and garbage that goes with that is very bothersome to me.

We love love love our apartment. The only downfall I would have to say is that UPS does not get access through the gate and there is no sort of call box for them to contact us so there are many trips to the pick up center.

Hi Andrea! Thank you for your feedback. I have given UPS and FedEx keys to the gates so hopefully they are able to access the gated area. -Heather
