This is a beautiful charming building, it looks well-maintained. Has a beautiful slightly gated courtyard with plants, trees and looks pet friendly. Has a street parking but is also close to public transportation. Is it walking distance to grocery stores shops and businesses. Also close to hospital. Nice quiet neighborhood with tree-lined streets.
