The location is good. Close to a lot of amenities.The maintenance staff obviously tries hard, and I see those guys working all the time. Condition of apartments is above average. The condition of the exterior grounds continues to deteriorate, though. Management hasn't even opened the pool this summer, so don't the listed pool fool you. It's not available. Laundry rooms are occasionally left locked all day when they should be open. Parking lot condition is worse every season and badly needs resurfacing.Most importantly for me, the office manager often just does not show up for work recently. Packages that are delivered are stored in the office if they won't fit in the mailbox, and I am often waiting several days to find someone in the office during posted hours to be able to retrieve a package. I don't know if the office manager is just lazy or the company is about to fold and can't afford full time office staff, but it's a big red flag either way.We'll be leaving soon.

Was told we needed to move out without giving a reason. Had an issue with the owner of the apartment about my roommates service dog. Could not cash my security deposit check when moving out because my second roommates name was on the check and he had to be present for me to be able to do so. He was not even included in the money that had been put down on our deposit. After complaining a few different times the manager will be reprinting the check.

They've raised the rent several times. Utilities were included before, now it's extra. They don't communicate with residents very well. They don't seem to follow maintenance ordinance laws.
