                                            Some of the things that I love the most about living in my neighborhood is how many local restaurants and shops there are

                                            My family likes running/walking along the river trail. The neighborhood is to my university so I don't commute.

                                            The zoo is walkable in the neighborhood and a few coffee and pizza place close to here. Gas is available but costly and charter school close also

                                            It's very quiet and there's a park/lake nearby. It's still only 30 minutes from downtown which makes going to Portland easily accessible.

                                            Easy to go grocery Shopping.Easy excess ti zoo.Close to good restaurants.Close to church. And also close to downtown.
