                                                    It butts up against a large green area -- Forest Park. There are many restaurants of all types of ethnicity and ranges of affordability. We like to go to the museums nearby and the cafes with friends.

                                                    We have a great view. We have a quiet neighborhood. And we have great neighbors. Requiring me to provide a long winded answer is rediculous, I prefer quality over quantity. If you read this answer, I hope you enjoy the irony.

                                                    I like that kids can play outside safely. And I like being able to walk to most types of businesses since I can't drive in the dark. I like having parks and schools within walking distance

                                                    It's a part of the city that has the most history. There's a lot of unique and trendy businesses and eateries.

                                                    I love my neighborhood. I moved here from Raleigh, NC and they have a horrible public transportation system. I can walk to everything I need. If I need to go across town I can talk the bus, trolly or train.

                                                    The management of our community is really good, very humane, and will hold a variety of community activities, and the activities are very meaningful and interesting.
