old appliances, repeated ants problem not resolved by manager thus resident had to do the job to stop the problem, overcharged and overdue water,trash,sewer bill accordingly to household number, ridiculous overcharged carpet cleaning bill

A nice quiet place, where I live around other people but (for the most part) do not have their lives interfere with my own. The place also looks nice as they maintain the exterior quite well.

Clean, friendly and quiet community. Very good maintenance. Nonetheless, I am deeply sorry and desperate for the increasingly $$$ charges in water and sewage.

I have really enjoyed living here the past 6+ months. When something comes up, maintenance has been present and extremely helpful. The office staff is friendly and my experience here has been wonderful. They keep the place in great condition.
