Not a good place to live, mainly because of management, staff, and pricing....those three things are kinda important, right? Non-residents get the same parking privileges as paying residents. Marissa, the current (she won't last long I'm sure) manager doesn't mind because it makes the Sygnii complex look more occupied when outside parties park there. The reality is that their rent is way too expensive, creating inflated vacancy. The residents in the more affordable apartments across the street use the Sygnii parking lot, leaving paying residents and guests as the losers in this situation. There was a car alarm going off every 30 minutes for 3 days right next to her leasing office (parked right next to the pool). I lived a few buildings down and work out of a home office, so this was quite the annoyance. I brought up the issue with a staff, and was surprised to hear that Marissa knew about it (she lives in one of the units right next to the pool) but did nothing about it for three days. I notified the manager that I would escalate the issue if something wasn't done, at which point she she threw her staff under the bus, saying her hires are new to the industry and that's the reason it wasn't taken care of earlier. She then finally called a tow truck. When it came time for my lease to renew I had three separate staff members ask me the same question: 'would you stay if we lowered your rate?'. They literally don't care about anything other than taking your money, and when I said it would have to be a big rate reduction none of the staff responded. The rent here is far too expensive for such an amateur staff and no perks.
