Off of the dining room you will find the sunroom which features a comfortable seating area great for relaxing! Bluebell- 14 Catfiddle St, A - Apartment was recently furnished by local interior designer, Alyssa Demilio (@demiliodesign) This studio apartment is perfect for someone wanting minimal space while enjoying all that living in the city has to offer! The home features an open concept layout with beautiful colored wall and tile to add a luxurious feel. The apartment comes fully furnished with a queen size bed, comfortable couch and chair for lounging, and a coffee table that can serve as a dining table or workspace (see photos). The kitchenette comes fully stocked with all necessary cooking essentials including a mini fridge, electric cooktop, microwave, prep counter, sink, and storage underneath the sink. The bathroom has a standup tiled shower, sink and toilet. There is not a washer/dryer in unit, but we are happy to recommend some local laundry services. *30 day minimum per city regulation. Water, electric, cable/internet and parking included. Pets can be negotiated with pet fee. * Please keep in mind this is a newer development and there is construction going on in the neighborhood. Duvet Homes will not be responsible or provide refunds for any interruptions due to circumstances out of our control (i.e. construction, noise from neighbors, etc.) during your stay. In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $300 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax. Tax is charged on the rental rate, cleaning fee, and pet fee (if applicable). * Neighborhood- Cannonborough Elliotborough: Cannonborough Elliotborough draws young professionals and students from nearby colleges to its restored, wood-fronted houses. King, Cannon, and Spring streets, running through the leafy area, are dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, and bakeries. Trendy eateries serve up everything from comforting Southern fare to Mediterranean cuisine, and Upper King Street has hip bars for craft beer and house cocktails Other things to note: Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times.
