If I could give them a -1000 I would. These people scammed me into thinking I was going to be living in a upgraded luxury apartment, SIKE. I had about a month to move before my lease was up so I was trying to find a place fast. I had seen the pictures and videos and it looked pretty nice it was a bit high in price but they accepted dogs and I didnt have much time. Long story short I signed the lease prior to seeing the apartment because they told me that the person still hadnt vacate the property & management was going in right away to paint, fix up, etc. I got my keys on the same day my lease started. That same day I was back in the office requesting a refund. The pictures & videos they show look nothing like the units they are posting on the website. $1843 +trash/water/+every other fee the charge.. From the condition of the building itself was unacceptable for that price. The lady in the office that had helped me throughout the process was extremely nice & helpful but I was taken back by how surprised she when I had expressed my disappointment. I dont know why they would think this is acceptable, she told me herself she had inspected the apartment prior to giving me my keys.

Even though the fee is small I am not happy with account maintenance fee add to the monthly bill. If email is available for many other services why not a monthly rent bill and eliminate the fee for those who sign up for paperless billing? Rent is high enough with no amenities included

I wish the office hours were more conducive with people's working schedules. There needs to be more availability after 6 PM for people who don't get home from work earlier.

There needs to be a better way for parking lot maintenance. With the main parking lot being off limits for 48 hours it leaves the residents with very limited parking. Many residents are also parked illegally which causes driving hazards when they are parked on the side of the street that clearly says no parking. This needs to be enforced. I am very upset and annoyed and feel extremely inconvenienced.

Replace the carpets in the hallway and stairs for 3014. They are disgusting.
