Devlins Pointe Apartments

We moved to Devlins Pointe in 2014. We love our apartment. All of the personnel who work here are so courteous and efficient. We've made some good friends with other tenants.

Repairs made in a timely manner.

Rental agent was great! Answered all questions.

Location is perfect. Secluded and peaceful but close to restaurants and stores. Many trees around, which is a plus.

You care about money more than quality of stay. Charge a lot for rent and don't care about minor inconveniences to anyone living here. You've done alarm tests and work in apartments below ours at 7:30am - 9am with no advanced notice or warning. You've gotten rid of the dumpsters and purchased a compactor that is a long walk away from our building so I have to put my trash in my car every time to take it to be thrown away. The mailbox system is at an inconvenient location. and there's much more.

After looking a other places it was very nice and clean.

Make sure you wear plastic covers over your shoes and gloves at all times. You'll get charged an arm and a leg for everything on your way out the door. Heating/ac units went out literally once every 3 months. For 1300 in Rent we paid for those units to go out as often as possible is absurd

Beautiful apartments and the landscape is well kept. Also the staff at the office are very helpful and the maintenance is always done in a timely manner when things break.

Excellent staff! Kathy, Leslie, and the maintenence folks are all great. Immaculate everywhere. Here one year and not one complaint. A great choice.

I lived here for four years and loved it! The staff and maintenance team were always there to help. They had fun events scheduled around the holidays, had community driven events like food drives and toy drives, and were always looking to improve in anyway they could. I have never been in an apartment where I didn’t hear my neighbors, but here I never did. Even the ones around us that I knew had small children. Everyone was always friendly, and I never felt unsafe. Being surrounded by trees made me feel like I was in my own personal retreat, but I was just on my porch. It’s located close to a lot of top notch pizza joints and other fantastic restaurants. It’s also close to grocery stores, gas stations, coffee spots, and fitness places (if you don’t want to use the free one on site). It’s a great place to live if you enjoy fireworks on the Fourth of July, because it’s perfectly placed below Hampton’s community park where they set them off. There were other times we would catch fireworks from surrounding communities as well! Being right near North Park was also a huge perk. I cannot say enough great things about living here. I was sad to leave, but I’m happy I can spread the word on how great it was to live here!

I've only lived here for a few months now and I absolutely love it! Staff is very knowledgable and friendly. Apartments are beautiful,well built, and it's always quiet outside. Parking lots and walkways are taken care of very well in the winter months. Highly recommend!
