Property Managers onsite, do their best, however ownership is accusatory and lacks communication. Moved in assured there were off street spaces available, only to be informed right after signing the lease, that they were mistaken. Did not receive storage locker until eight months into the lease. Air conditioning unit not received until six months into the lease. Including a 90+ degree week where my pets and I had nothing but a fan I ran out an purchased to keep cool. Within a few months of move in, the owner insisted we were behind on the rent and needed to reconcile immediately. So my roommate and I had to go through and provide documentation of cashed checks to confirm we were in fact up to date on our rent. Ownership keeps poor records and never apologized for the accusation. In May, we had noticeably decreasing shower pressure. I contacted ownership for maintenance. Ignored. Repeated five times over the course of two weeks as the pressure continued to decrease. Still no response. Finally, coinciding with the 90+ degree week where we were without an air conditioner (not even fans installed in the apartments), I woke to find no water pressure. I called again and was told they'd look into it. A few days later, still not communication or update, so I called to follow up. Was told that their plumber has bad knees, so it might be a few weeks at least. After finally pushing back, due to the weather and not being able to bathe properly for work for over a week, they relented and got someone to fix it. Would not have been a problem had they actually addressed the concern or at least looked into it when reported. Multiple bedbug infestations during the year I was there, luckily I was able to keep my belongings safe. Finally once I moved out, the movers may have damaged the back door though not a certainty. Moving company had liability insurance and put property managers in contact with them to resolve. Never got the deposit back. Nice price, be wary.
