Have been here three weeks. Building is substandard construction. Retired Army vet who has lived in many a government housing, and never had so much noise from apartments above and below me. Squeaks like a 100-year old house. Builder saved money cutting many corners, especially ignoring any noise dampening insulation between floors. Probably used 1/4 inch plywood subfloor. Great place if you are deaf.
