Unfortunately no one seams to care about the upkeep of the units. Laundry rooms are dirty except the one where office is, pool is never clean and there is always people that dont live there loud music and parents letting kids swim without supervision, trash is horrible all over the place and you can smell it at the pool, but they keep raising your rent every year. And a lot of the units dont look like the pictures and do t believe the price they list.

Me and my husband have lived here since 2016 and honestly nothing changes, they charge you for everything here and dont pay for anything. The manage is hardly in the office and when she is in she doesnt seem approachable and gives a attitude in emails. Also never answers the phone. However the maintenance are okay. I feel like the location itself is great theres a Walgreens nearby along with other stores and restaurants. I wish there was more closet space and more kitchen space too. And I wish we had hardwood floors instead of carpet.

Called the complex multiple times and never got an answer. I received one email asking what I was looking for and I responded... still haven't heard anything.

Stone Hill Apartments is a very nice and quiet place to live. Maintenance keeps up with all problems which occur. The grounds are well kept and added amenities such as Dog Park, Playground, Exercising Room and Business Center has just been added this past year. Me and my husband are thrilled to reside here.

My husband and I have been residents here at Stone Hill Apartments for almost 4 yrs. It is centrally located, maintenance is always available, grounds are beautifully kept and our Property Manager, Rachel, is always greeting you with a smile and is always thinking of themes for the community to be involved with. Stone Hill is a great and quiet place to reside. It's great for the children, elderly and even your pets.
