    I moved out on August 13, 2019. These guys still owe me my remaining security deposit of 1200$. It's written on the lease that you should give us back our deposit in 30 days. But, it has been more than 5 months. I called the office several times. The current apartment manager is Shay. Every time, I call the reception and ask to speak with shay, they will take my message and say that they will pass to shay. But shay never calls me back. I emailed shay several times as well. NOT A SINGLE REPLY!! I don't know the status of my refund and what's going on. I have never seen such an apartment rental community. WORST customer service. I have been calling them regularly and every time they say that they reviewing my deposit. This is the WORST experience. Why should I call/email to get my money back!! You don't care about your tenants at all!!! Everyone who is thinking of renting a flat here, my sincere advice is DON'T. There are much better apartments out there who treat their tenants well. I would have given a 0 star rating. Sadly, there is no such option.

    If I could give a negative 5, I would. This is the most unprofessional and disrespectful housing community I have ever encountered. I just relocated from Florida (currently having to stay in a hotel) although I signed my lease last week on 3/25/19 and the lease started on 3/31/19 because the office is not producing my apartment keys. When asked when they will be able to produce them, they are unsure. I asked for them to prorate my rent until my keys are available, and they stated no that they would not. The property manager Shay, said she will let me into and out of the apartment with her permission and access until they have keys made but only can do so every couple of hours so that she is not inconvenienced. Imagine that? Me inconveniencing them to GET ACCESS TO AN APARTMENT THAT I'M CURRENTLY PAYING FOR. Sounds about right. They are not following through with the terms of the lease agreement and won't prorate me and/or let me find alternative housing and cancel my lease. I highly recommend you do not live here. This is the worst experience I have ever had.
