    Awesome place! Solar panels that help my bill, high efficient heating and cooling, luxurious apartments, amenities, what more could you want for a good price. Love it here!

    I am extremely happy with my apartment! The solar panels are an excellent amenity that allow me to save money on my electric bill each month. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful and I could not have asked for better neighbors! This community is a wonderful place that I would recommend to anyone! Love it!

    My apartment constantly feels wet. The beds, furniture. Everything. At one point there was condensation on the windows and mold growing. I moved in because I thought there would be a pool and other amenities for the price I am paying, but none of that is even built yet. Now the rent is increasing and I still won't have any other amenities, so I am not renewing the lease.

    Summerbridge is definitely a luxury apartment with beautiful counters and bathrooms but the construction is sloppy with poor painting and poor layout design.
