I had a rat and mouse infestation that made itself known after I moved in. The way this was handled was disgusting. Mice were getting trapped on sticky traps and screaming. The year after I moved in, they were upping my rent, which I why I chose to move out. I now own and pay less as a mortgage than I did in rent.

Maintenance was very slow to respond but the office personnel were very nice. Good snow removal for the most part too. I lived there for 2.5 yrs.

Overall I liked the area. My concerns were how thin the walls were, the air conditioning, even though it was central air it did not cool the second floor (my unit had a basement) and even though me or my neighbors on either side of me did not smoke my place would often smell like smoke. The staff was friendly and things were handled quickly.

Maintenance is prompt and courteous to fix everything. The complex is kept immaculate, beautiful landscaping, always clean. They arrange social events for the residents.
