Waterford Landing Apartments

Very nice place. Overpriced for what they offered and they were very adamant about getting you to come, calling, emailing and/or texting everyday with new deals.

This is one of the worst apartment complexes I've ever lived in. Management decides when to turn on the A/C every year, normally April-May. So if there is a heat wave early in the year you are out of luck. I frequently came home to an apartment in the mid-80s. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything going on next door. The appliances are ancient and unreliable. My dishwasher didn't drain right and smelled like death. Their solution was to "clean my dishes better before putting them in the dishwasher". The doors and windows don't seal all the way so expect huge heating bills in winter. Parking is always a challenge, the roads are suspension destroyers and spots are hard to come by.
