After 3 and a half years of residence, I moved from Stonegate Devon and was sideswiped by a letter stating I owed an additional $300+ dollars in addition to my security deposit to cover replacing the almost 1200 of carpet. I had the carpets covered with area rugs throughout for my entire stay, and they definitely didn't need replacing, but the prop managers told me that I REPORTED stains to them, so they replaced all the carpet. This was an obvious and ridiculous lie. They'll lie to your face, and they have no intention of returning your deposit. Know that going in, and make a decision to live elsewhere. You can't trust them to behave in an honorable way.

Nice landscaping, quick maintenance, and clean buildings from the outside. Maintenance does a good job with snow removal. Friendly staff.
