I moved here recently and found the staff to be quite helpful and friendly. Ask for Connie, she's the best! Sh Read Moree was very professional, responsive, understanding, and kind. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. There are lots of trees and bushes that are maintained. It's a great place to walk or ride your bicycle. I feel safe in this community. The speed bumps are a helpful way to stop people from driving too fast. Security drives around the complex throughout the day and there are adequate lamp posts. The apartment was in excellent condition upon our arrival. It seemed small when viewing the apartment without furniture, but with careful planning and proper placement of the furniture, it's very comfortable! I rarely hear noise in the apartment above me. It's affordable and quiet. I have seen a few centipedes but no other pests. You are allowed to have a cat which is nice. The one thing I don't like is the disposal of trash. You have to walk it to a dark basement. If it were adequately lit, then I wouldn't have any issues. My son did come up with a very cool idea that would take this community to another level, a community garden!

No online rent payments still have to write out checks every month. They are still in the Stone Age while the Read Morerest of the world has moved ahead. Appliances are very old and inefficient. Poor paint jobs on the doors

Drexelbrook does a good job with the upkeep of most of the facility, but the parking areas need resurfacing an Read Mored the playgrounds are falling apart. I think they could add a few things like maybe a private resident pool area or a little basketball court.
