MOLD/COCKROACHES/MICE/HAZARDOUS LIVING SPACE/LACK OF MANAGEMENT: Dogs in kill-shelters have better living conditions than this. I am constantly surrounded by bugs, mice droppings, and mold growing anywhere it can. I am an extremely clean person, having served 15 years in the military I was trained to be, yet when I went to management to seek help with the cockroaches, mice, and consistent mold growth, they treated me like a child asking if I was cleaning and what products I use, instead of providing actual solutions (considering their office reeks of cigarettes and BO, Im not that surprised by their inability to provide solutions as it seemed like they were more interested in cleaning brand recommendations) Apparently dogs arent allowed yet all you see everywhere you look are piles of dog feces (I also see bottles full of pee everywhere, everyday, so i cant be too certain the droppings arent human unfortunately) When touring the community, I was assured there were never any issues with break ins, bugs, rodents, or mold yet all I hear from neighbors are horror stories (and the online reviews are even more shocking regarding numerous car jackings and horrible treatment from management such as hazing, harassment, and overall unprofessionalism (I cant decide which are worse, the residents reviews or the previous employees reviews)) Does anybody actually manage this place? Anytime I go by the leasing office all I see are the 3 brunettes chain smoking cigarettes who couldnt even be bothered to help me in the first place. Dont expect anybody to help you whatsoever, especially the property manager, they clearly have better things to do with their time like standing in front of their office puffing smoke (and smelling like it too) I guess the faces of the community match what it actually is. Trash.

I love this place, it is close to a shopping center and a nice and quiet environment

The grounds of the complex is appealing to look at however, the inside of the apartments are old models. The staff is extremely nice until a issue occurs then their true colors show, they seem to lag on resolving issues especially maintenance problems!

I have lived here for 6 years. I would highly recommend living here. I have absolutely no complaints. the property is very well maintained. If you call for repairs they respond immediately. The staff is friendly and competent. They are older units but they are well maintained. The grounds are beautiful.

Drexelbrook is a excellent place to live. It's a safe and clean environment and is very secluded. The neighbors are very kind as well as the staff.

Great, affordable and located in a great area. The staff is helpful and understanding and transparent with all information.
