Do yourself a favor and DO NOT rent an apartment here! There is no on site management or maintenance. They are off site. The number you have to call is in NJ and they give you attitude when you call and it takes FOREVER for them to fix anything and when they do it is not done correctly! You can't control your own heat so either it is extremely cold or the heat is turned up to the max and you have to turn the A/C on in the middle of winter. It was May and the heat was on full blast! Safety is also an issue. There are no cameras. People leave doors propped open all the time so anyone can just stroll right in. Also, there is a lot of theft of mail/packages. Terrible apartments run by terrible owners!

I'm interested in a 1 bdrm apartment.I believe it is a nice area to reside in,as well as convenient to public transportation.I will get back to you soon with information that is required of me,as well as completing a application if applicable
