I have been tormented by my upstairs neighbors since the day I moved in. The noise they are allowed to make AL Read MoreL hours of the night and NOTHING is done about it. It has literally made my life miserable. I have complained constantly. Nothing happens to them. The worst.

I had a roach problem and had to leave several messages before getting a response. The shower goes from scaldi Read Moreng hot to frigid and back again every time I shower (literally every single time). Repairs to my unit are not made within the promised time frame; some repairs I requested when I moved in have yet to be made or even acknowledged. The water's been shut off several times. Some people in the office are extremely inconsiderate. My name is still not in the intercom after many months.
