Never head from anyone!

I've written twice to Peach Alley via their website, asking for information on availability - both studio and one bed. I also called and left a message. So that is three contacts and NO ONE has reached out to me. Not even to say "sorry nothing's available." Rather disappointed in the Rental Office/Management.

I have a furnished apartment, complete with everything I could possibly need, including a washer and dryer. Management has been cordial to work with, and responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner. I made lease arrangements over the phone, not having seen the apartment, but when I arrived, it was clean and move-in ready. All I had to do was put my things away, get a good night's sleep, and report to work the next morning, greatly easing my transition to a new job from out of state.

I lived at Peach Alley Court for two years, from 2009 to 2011. During that time, the owners and management changed. The first management was a delight to work with. The newer management was slow to repair issues, was often not available in the office during posted hours, and was incompetent about handling paperwork. Furthermore, the maintenance staff would knock but then enter the apartment when I told them not to. My ratings reflect the newer management and would otherwise be higher.

We really loved our time at Peach Alley! The Apartments are very spacious and comfortable. The management at the time was very friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better place to live.

New management took over the building in late 2011. After this change, the building was dirtier, many of the agree upon items in the lease were ignored, and maintenance reliability dropped off considerably. As I still reside in Elizabethtown borough, I can report that this place has continued its downward spiral.
