We lived at Landmark Square for 2 years. They were extremely accommodating. After less than one year we wanted Read More to move into a larger apartment and Stacey allowed us to move and prorated the rent so we didn't have to wait for the current lease to end. She even gave a 3 days of overlap to move our stuff. We also had great interactions with Stacey and never found anyone working at Landmark to be rude or mean. They allow pets and had no issues with entering the apartment properly and making sure the doors stayed closed so the cats didn't escape. Maintenance was always nice. When we had a work order they usually resolved it within 24 hours. They fixed our AC on one of the hottest days basically right after we called. They fixed our heat on a weekend. There is enough parking spaces to have cars for everyone living in the complex. Rent is extremely affordable. And they did their best to remove snow off the sidewalks. Tenants need to realize that the city is responsible for the streets - not Landmark Square. We would highly recommend Landmark Square. We would have stayed longer had we not received employment in another state.

The apartment was small for what we were paying. There was a serious mold problem. Centipedes were frequent Read Morevisitors. The neighbor's toilet leaked through the ceiling. The maintenance man was just awful. Other than that, it was close to where we worked. It wasn't bad, just tiny.
