This is a beautifully restored older building in a quieter section of upper downtown Erie. It appears to be well maintained on the outside and has a gated , permit parking only, fenced parking area. It is within easy walking distance to the Erie Arena and Baseball stadium and all of the cultural district, and colleges that downtown Erie has to offer.
