I left 4 voicemails for someone to contact me. I would only receive texts and even then they did not respond promptly. I was not accepted which is fine. I’m not doing a negative review because I did not qualify, I’m writing this review because of how they conduct business. I then reached out to Stonebrook I spoke to a person on my first call and was directed on what I needed to do and it all was all very prompt. I was shocked how fast it was all done. I can only speak of my experience and with trying to reach anyone at Millcreek. When you leave a voicemail they say someone will contact you shortly I left messages everyday for 4 days and was never contacted by anyone. If you don’t contact people then don’t leave that message on your answering machine. I wish I could give a 10 on NEGATIVE reviews but that is not an option. So in short if you want to speak to someone about leasing an apartment don’t call Mill Creek you need to contact Stonebrook!!!!!

If you love having your packages stolen by your neighbors and the rental office doing nothing about it, 1503 Sunrise Lakes Drive is the place for you. I lived here for three years, and I recently had a package I spent $50 for sent to my old address at the Reserve by mistake. I wasn't worried because my old roommate still was there. I went to get the package the day it was delivered and it was stolen. My old roommate informed me he's had three packages and 2 door dash orders stolen in the last 6 months, another old neighbor had a Christmas tree stolen, and when I went to visit last month another resident had posted a note about a package being stolen as well. I went into the office to complain and the person working stared at me like I had just told them the sky was blue. Completely unhelpful, and I did go and file a report with the Millcreek PD immediately afterward. It's a shame because I did enjoy my time there as a resident, but now it's turned into a cesspool for opportunistic theft. I know for a fact I'm not the only one that's complained yet the office can't even put up a camera as a deterent. What's the point of getting your mail sent to your home if someone else is just going to take it. I'm so glad I moved out of there, and if you're thinking about living there don't. If the rental office can't do something as simple as detering theft, it goes to show that they don't give a rat's a$$ about their residents as long as they're making their money.

I lived at the Reserve for 5 years and never received a complaint from another tenant the entire time I was there. The week before I move out a received a complaint about not picking up after my dog. I am 6 months pregnant and work night shift. They had been working on the apartment above me renovating for months being excessively loud interrupting my sleep during the day. As soon as they were done an outside company came to work on the roof of the apartment building. I had let my dog outside and there were workers moving things around in the parking lot. They were making loud noise and my dog got scared and ran inside without finishing going to the bathroom. I was waiting for them to finish what they were doing before I let my dog outside to finish his business. In the mean time someone with the roofing company was walking around right in front of my apartment and apparently saw my dogs waste right out front of my apartment door. Minutes later I received a text from the office saying they had been notified that I was not picking up my dogs waste. So they can come around interrupting my day inconveniencing my living space and I get a complaint after I didn’t go outside immediately to pick up after my dog because they were making noise. When it came time to move out I was told I needed to have a carpet cleaning receipt when I turned in my keys otherwise I would be charged for it. I knew there was damage to the carpet in the living room. I had to pay $225 to have the carpets professionally cleaned and then got charged $320 to have the carpet replaced anyways. I was also charged to replace the drip pans on the stove and the toilet paper holder in the bathroom. If I knew they were going to charge me for those I would have went to Home Depot and spent way less money myself and replaced them. I was also charged to paint the entire apartment. I assumed it was standard to repaint an apartment when someone moves out. The only damage to the paint were a couple nail holes in the kitchen and command strips that peeled off the cheap paint that they had used prior to me moving in. I moved from one building to another in 2020 and was told I was getting a new sliding door. The screen door would fall out if you attempted to use it and the sliding door itself was drafty and for my 2 bedroom apartment electric bills were over $200 in the winter. I asked multiple times and was told I was on a “list” and would let me know when the door would be replaced. The door was not replaced before I moved out Consider doing a walk through with tenants so they can have an idea of what needs replaced prior to them paying years worth of rent to you to be charged a ridiculous amount in the end. I’d be interested to know what the tenant was charged above me to have her entire apartment renovated for months after she left. They were throwing carpet and doors outside the window for weeks. Up until the last couple weeks of living here it was okay. I was definitely ready to move on and buy my own home. But how you treat a tenant who lived there for years with no complaints made against them and no complaints toward anyone else is insane. I am extremely happy to be done with this place.

Do not move here. I edit this to make sure no one falls for this scam of a company. My fiance and I have lived there for 13 years and when we go to move they want to charge us to remodel the apartment. Original paint, original carpets, original closets, original cabinets, and do not get me started on the lies the office workers and property managers tell you. They promised to redo the carpet and replace the sliding glass door after raising our rent over 100 dollars in 2022. The maintenance guy looked right at us and said they will not replace this while you still live here. So we had another winter of frozen, drafty doors and high electric bills. They charged us for painting... So I assume the owners would just rent it out with out painting after 13 years if they could have gotten away with it. When we requested a call from the property manager themselves all we got was a threatening email saying they will send us to a collection agency if we failed to pay. I'm so grateful to be out of that slum apartment with dog poop filled grounds and litter on every single yard. If you consider moving to that area I suggest you look around at different complexes that offer pools/gyms/community area. All you will get there is pot hole filled roads, dirty common areas, and security doors that DON'T EVEN LOCK.. OH, and the tip of this ice burg was the spectrum scam.

Mrs. Donna Charles is so wonderful to work with. As a first time bitcoin investor, I wasn’t completely sure of the process but Mrs. Donna Charles helped me through it all and I made a profit of $13,500 with an investment of $1,000. She was also extremely helpful in coordinating the withdrawal process. I highly recommend Mrs. Donna Charles to everyone looking forward to start up an investment. I lived there for almost 4 years, model tenant, always paid on time, no issues. Not generally one to leave a negative review but this place has gone down the gutter since undergoing new management/ownership about halfway through my time there. I recently moved out in October, they charged me 150 DOLLARS to remove the basic bidet I installed when I lived there and left as a little gift for the next tenant for free. it takes literally one hand and less than 5 minutes to remove it, and they didn't say anything about it to me before charging for it, I could've went back and removed it in 5 minutes if they asked. Not only THAT, but when I try to dispute this charge they dodge my phone calls and ignore my messages, they haven't spoken to me once about this. This would NEVER have happened if Michelle B. was still the property manager. They screwed me out of over half my security deposit but that charge was by far the most egregious. Recommend finding an apartment in a different area until they change ownership/management again.

These people are slum lords! My friend lives there and they are absolutely horrible! She has had one problem after another and they refuse to help her, time and time again. She currently has no heat, but they can’t come even look at it until MONDAY 😡. Stay away from here!

Negative temperatures outside and they're saying they will not send a repair man out for a broken furnace until MONDAY!!! IT IS FRIDAY!!!! SHAME ON YOU!

My daughter lived there for 3 years. When she moved in she was promised a balcony-never got one, had to buy new drip pans for the stove, had to clean the carpet because it smelled. Shortly before she moved out she was notified that her building didn’t have air conditioning and when I brought it up after she moved out that she should have put on a work order…doesn’t make sense. We had to move her out from the second floor with no air conditioning. The apartment was 90 Degrees. On top of that they are keeping the security deposit plus saying we owe them more money. They don’t answer the phone even after you leave messages. Poor customer service.

Mrs Taisha Carson is 100% legit. She is a licensed trading expert I know. She will help you manage your account in fullness. I have try it and it worked out for me . I invested $1200 and I earned great, as much as I got $7500 in a week interval. I was excited when I saw such a huge money on my wallet. I thank God she did it, that I met Taisha Carson.
