J Creekside at Exton

J Creekside has been my home for just 2 weeks now and I already know I have chosen the best place to be for my relocation. From the moment Rita greeted me with her smile and gave me the tour of the complex, to a seamless move in day, to entering an extremely clean apartment, to the smiling faces I meet wherever I go....I am extremely impressed and pleased to call J Creekside home. Today was the icing on the cake...while enjoying some down time at the pool for a mid break, the staff came around with lemon drinks and ices just to celebrate the 1st day of summer. Absolutely no regrets.

My wife and I couldn't be happier. It's like living in a resort. The other tenants are very friendly, inviting, social. The pool is beautifully laid out. The gym is a nice size, never to busy. The theater is a really nice luxury to have. They have more community activties then you could imagine. Property managers are cery friendly and helpful. Overall my wife and I are happy with the decision we made to end our old lease and move here. The experience is worth every dollar, worth more then words.

I've lived at J Creekside for a year now (just renewed my lease for another 14 months) and have nothing but positive comments to make, and I can usually find something to suggest. I moved in here a year ago undergoing a significant unexpected life change and my apartment here has truly been my comfort/safe place since day one. My apartment itself has great light, and my neighbors are all amazing which is such a blessing. It's quiet and my two dogs really like it here. One of the unique features i like the most which I haven't seen anywhere in the area are the huge balconies on the 2 bedrooms, and some of the 1 bed plus den units. I have only needed maintenance twice and he came the same day or next. I also never hear my neighbor through our shared wall. The management is awesome, I've worked with Chandeleir and Laura the most and they're wonderful. The pool is great and not crowded most days. There's also a small trail behind the complex I walk with my dogs and there's a walking path that goes all the way by the office buildings down the road. And let's not forget...you can walk to HomeGoods and Nudy's for breakfast. I also want to say that I was expecting a huge rent increase with inflation and all it was very minimal which tells me that they appreciate me as a tenant. Any friend I've spoken to who also rents, has received increases they couldn't make work. If you're considering J Creekside, i believe they have 40 something different layouts so at least take the tour! I'd also like to confirm I was not given anything for this review, I just truly wanted to share my experience, as moving into a new complex can be nerve-wracking.

My wife and I have lived here since it first opened. The apartments are spacious and have the necessities that you need for your daily living, Washer/Dryer, ice maker, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Also have conference room, cyber lounge and screening room and outside pool. The staff are very friendly. Overall A very nice place to live.

This community is the closest thing you'll get to resort living even if you work full time. The ammities are truly impressive; the staff is very helpful and responsive, and the community is just friendly and welcoming. The location is great and you're close to shopping and recreational activities, including an 18+ mile hiking trail (Chester Valley Trail). I am so glad that I made the decision to move here.
