    Wow! My experience here is the WORST ever in my life, and I would not wish it for my worse enemies! The first night I had a shower the TUB was not draining, so it was like I was having a bubble bath and not wanting to have one. So, my welcome was not a welcome at all! List of things that are a concern to me at this apartment:1. The Air Condition unit at the front of the apartment "Auto system" does not work at all as it keeps working 24 hours per day without the sensor detects that the temperature that is set has met its zenith. The unit needs repairs or replacement.2. The toilet seat is small, and the cover hit me in my back in the center of my spine and thus causing an aggravation of an old injury I'd suffered when I was on active duty in the United States Military.The Dish Washing Machine was not as clean as the waste matter was seen inside the machine when I was about to use it.3. The aggressive attitude of the manager and the break in the written contract by her also her manners and her nonchalant attitudes, behavior, and only care about the prospective renter's money. 4. To date, I haven't received a copy of my lease because I do NOT trust this management period! The bad taste is left in my mouth, and this environment is not one I readily or wanting to live or to bring my family here. I seriously have buyer's remorse.

    Pros: best value in Wyndmoor-Glenside area; close to Glenside station within 5-10 minute walking distance depending on your unit location; relatively calm and safe community; reasonable monthly rent; spacious free parking lots; free trash and water Cons: sometimes noisy traffic from Easton Rd; no on-site gym; only one coin laundry for each building unit; no nearby parking lot; only one trash dumpster located uphill in the parking lot; cheap-looking interior (you get what you pay for)
