Lease Terms: 12 month leases - Security Deposits: $500.00 if qualified.
Pet Policy: 2 pets maximum, $30/month pet rent per pet, $300 non-refundable pet fee. Certain breeds are restricted.

Apartments are not insulated well so heating, cooling and noise can be an issue. I have squeaks in my floors Read Morethroughout the apartment. Snow removal is poor at best. Washer and dryer availability is limited.

Anytime that I have had some sort of issue (such as my AC going out or my dishwasher going down) they have bee Read Moren there in less than an Hour and had it taken care of.

Since moving in sometime in January our AC has broke twice once this out door unit at the beginning of the sea Read Moreson and the indoor unit at on in August. Both times it has taken a week to fix it actually the first tie it took almost three weeks There is a lack of communication between maintenance and the office. While waiting to be fixed the second time I called Altman the management company to complain and the person I was told to speak to has not called back yet after 4 voice mails I have left.
