This place is an over priced dump. They think they can enter your home whenever they want without your permiss Read Moreion. They're more worried about fixing empty units than fixing the units that are rented. Several people have had leaks causing their ceiling to collapse. One person who had a leak had no kitchen light for 3 weeks. Her ceiling will collapse next since they painted over the wet dry wall instead of removing the wet dry wall. Floors aren't put in right. They caulk over old caulk.

Smoke & mirrors to entice you to sign a lease. The grounds & buildings near the leasing office look very well Read Moremaintained to prospective tenants, but once you get deeper into the neighborhood, it gets run down and dilapidated. Old appliances & a constant maintenance backlog is a recipe for disaster, expect to wait 4-6 weeks for repairs to be complete with no compensation. Management is friendly until you sign, then very condescending, they seem to have forgotten you are their paying customer.

I am still a resident, but currently looking for another rental home . However my future goal is to buy a hom Read Moree. Anyway, when I first moved in I was very happy and thought wow this is where I want to be. After living here for a few years I am honestly turned off by this place. I hate it here, but I torrloare it. They were working a beautification project for our town homes for almost a year and the progress is only at the front of the complex which they use as a sales pitch to get residence in.

I moved into a 1-bedroom unit Montgomery Woods in June 2015, and have nothing but wonderful things to say abou Read Moret my experience. My unit was ~800 sq.ft., and the 2-floor town house setup made the unit feel MUCH bigger than expected. That means tenants get the most bang for their buck. I was never disappointed by the service provided by the leasing office, maintenance, or landscaping staff. Even though I'm moving out in August '16, I will certainly say Montgomery Woods is hard to beat!!

Moved in, after a week they cut down all the brushes, dug up the roses, and left weeds. The faucet was broken, Read More when it was replaced the maintenance person reversed the lines so the hot water comes out the cold side.
