It is a very nice and cozy townhome in a quiet area. Whenever I have to call about a maintenance issue they ar Read Moree on it right away. They even change your light bulbs how nice is that. The staff is fantastic!

Snow removal has been an issue every winter that I have been here. My car was damaged during the snow removal Read Moreprocess. I reported it to the office staff and nothing was done.

I'm very happy with the maintenance service at Emerald Pointe. Whether it's a serious problem such as battery Read Morechange for fire alarms or simple thing like a light switch replacement my phone requests have be handled swiftly.

I have experienced many issues with Emerald Pointe. They did not respond well to maintenance issues when clear Read Moreing snow on numerous occasions and did not provide any compensation for loss of work due to their own fault in poor snow removal. Also, until a fall from my significant other was when we questioned putting salt on the ground/sidewalks to prevent falls.
