I live in one of the 2-bedroom apartments, and it is very spacious. I love the layout, and especially having my own laundry room and my own balcony. The people in the leasing office and maintenance office are very nice and respond quickly to me when I have questions or issues. I also love the fact that, for a modest addition to the rent, I can have my dog and my cat with me. And, there's a Bark Park, where the dogs can run around and play off the leash--my dog always wants to go down there!

We have had had nothing but awful experiences. The maintenance team is slow to fix anything. Multiple appliances were broken and had to be replaced. The office changed managers multiple times and lost our original paperwork. They also do not respond in a timey manner to email or phone calls, leading to you having to contact them multiple times. The property manager is extremely rude and has no concept of customer service.

It's been good, only because we have had so many new managers of the complex. It's tough to get used to one and then ,it's changed. I think things would have been better if not s9 many different managers.

Constant issues with other tentants noise with we're not addressed by complex supervisor. Maintenance issues not fixed (including going 4 days without AC over the summer), constantly picking up other tenants dog droppings. Other tenants moved in to the same building at a significantly lower per month rental rate (more than $300 cheaper) while rent for my unit consistently increased yearly.
