Nice place to live. Heat is included with the rent which is nice. Swimming pool is a plus!

Don't move in here, these apartments should be condemned. Some have mold in them untreated. Don't fall for their discounted first months rent as they get you when you move out and charge you obscene amount to repair things when you move out. Definitely not worth the rent money

It is over priced for the environment you pay so much to live in. Pennswoods. Is a mini Hall manor. The inside of the model home they show you is not what you move into. There were bugs I have never in my life seen. Cracks in outter room for more to come in. 1960's bathrooms. hey say playground and have one swingset.
