    The apartments and grounds are well kept. The maintence staff is EXCELLENT!! Brian and Josh have helped me out immemsly. Sean from the corporate office listens to your concerns. However, the property manager leaves much to be desired. She lacks communication skills, and follow through on any request. She does not respond to emails or phone calls. Lack of communication is a huge problem, between the property manager and the residents. It pretty much seems that she doesnt exist at this location. Maybe she is assigned to work the day, or week, at another location? I have suggested to her to leave notes on the office door, if she is going to leave the complex, which would be helpful to all residents- but she hasnt responded to that. The office hours are listed differently on voice mail, posted on the door, and on various websites- this should be corrected so all residents and potential residents know when someone is available.. I have seen her in action giving the warm fuzzies to potential residents- but her actual actions are far from her presentation. Maybe she just doesnt like the old residents, because they arent hers?. I do like Manada- the apartments are very nice, and as I stated before the maintenance staff is excellent. But the Property Manager really needs to up her communication game. I would not hesitate to get a lease here- but make sure you get everything in writing from the property manager, And limit your conversations with her to only written communication. If she does, up her game, Ill be the first one to let you know!

    I try to see the forest in the trees when it comes to reviewing apartments. In other words, I won't nitpick because they all have their downfalls. Manada's main downfall seems to be that the prices can go up substantially from year to year without good justification or what seems like random add-ons. This is really lousy in terms of keeping the customers you got. The space is pretty large compared to other apartments I viewed in Lebanon and Camp Hill. I did not do an extensive search, especially in Harrisburg but I think I would be surprised to find an apartment of equal size and as updated. People have commented on the cheapness of the windows, flooring etc. I think it's okay. Nothing is broken in my apartment, stained or worn out. It all seems pretty new. I guess the noise depends on your neighbors and that would be the same anywhere you rent. I disagree and don't think the walls are especially thin. I have never heard the exact words from a conversation from upstairs or across. Grounds are not bad. They actually do a fairly decent job. Luxury is a bit of a stretch because groundskeeping could be done a little more regularly, amenities like lounge chairs and umbrellas should be locked up or inspected for wear and tear, the gate for the pool needs to be fixed, and dog poop is an issue. However, given that most 2 bedrooms cost around 1000 around here I think it's still pretty nice.

    Was really thinking about renting here but after a drive thru of the complex and talking to residents - I decided to go else where - they say luxury apartments but by first impressions it was not !!! The landscaping was terrible !!! Lawn not mowed no mulch around trees and weeds everywhere!!! Looked very trashy for what they are asking !!! Also got out to look at pool area - counted 13 chairs for whole complex ? Once again shrubs were out of control and weeds everywhere!!! NOT LUXURY AT ALL!!!!

    I have been pleased with everything here at The Reserve! I do wish we had designated numbered parking spaces and perhaps designated "visitor parking". Some days I do have to park further away from my apartment. Thanks for all you do!
