I currently live here. There is no restaurant, community room or convenience store. The lobby area is just as empty as it looks so there is no place for people to sit while waiting for rides, visitors, deliveries or elevators. The office staff can be very surly for no reason. I will continue to live here but things and the management could be nicer.

I lived there back in the 80's and had bug problems. I also had problems with the manager coming into my apartment when I was at work for no other reason at all.

I starrred a 16 month lease over a year ago after falling in love with this complex. Wed seen over 8 other complexes and couldnt get this one out of our heads. The staff is so friendly, the amenities are incredible

I've been a resident for just over a year now and I love my apartment! The best part about it is that it's walking distance to Piedmont Park and you're not going to find a better price in this location. The only negative is that I have to use the laundry facility, but the machines are always working and the maintenance guy keeps it clean. The location, price, and experience are just right for me.

Just moved in. walls were covered with marks, stove covered with food, rust under sink, smells like cigarets, cabinets are made of rusty metal, annnnnnd there was no shower head. for 1000/month this is horrible. The website is deceptive and its my fault for not checking the place out before moving in.I will be moving out next month. deserves no star.
