Went to view this place and it was completely gross. As soon as I walked in the front door I had made up my mind. The complex we pulled into had several people outside and they all stared and started to pour out of their homes as if I looked displaced. It made me completely uncomfortable. The home had a smell that burned my eyes and nose as soon as I walked in. I was told the unit was just cleaned and it wasnt. They couldnt even bother to sweep the floors completely. I felt like I would get bedbugs just doing the walk through.

This place is an absolute DUMP! Way overpriced for what you get. Owner raises the rent between $70-$100 a month every single year. Expect to HIGHLY overpay for these dumps and you pay all utilities because the owner cant be bothered. I lived here for 4 years too long & in that time, I had COCKROACHES, mice living in my stove, ants, MOLD in all my vents & even bedbugs - completely disgusting!!! The neighbors are loud & obnoxious. You hear everything at all hours. You will experience 10 people living in a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment here & they have no respect for their neighbors. Trash all over the grounds because they have no maintenance at all. They never fix anything or upgrade until something completely falls apart. The decks on second floors are rotting, you cant even use them. Zero amenities, no pool, fitness center, dog park, nothing to justify paying the outrageous rent. Seriously, RUN from this place!!!! It is NOT worth the money or headaches!! Management is terrible! This place is a complete SLUM!!

The place is a slum. The rent is so high and the place is trash. The property manager is unresponsive and not helpful! Maintenance sucks other than one of them! There is trash over flowing by the dumpsters! We have had roaches and mold! They do poor work and only do the bare minimum to the units. I heard that the property manager lied to a tenant who had roaches and said that the exterminator came on several occasions when they never really did because the tenant had cameras in their until... this explains why it took 6 months to get rid of roaches in our unit! I wish I could upload the photos of the 1 inch think black mold we had in our walls! I promise, this place is more of a headache than anything. It is NOT worth the money, time or energy you'll put into arguing with these people! I can't wait until May to get out if here!

I loved living there. My unit was excellent. Maintenance was prompt if there was an issue. The manager was welcoming and very helpful.
