    I have lived here at Twin Lakes almost 2 years. I have great neighbors. Our building is clean and quiet. You can see that the buildings are old but well maintained. Whenever I call for maintenance they come in do the job and clean up behind themselves and at all times remain professional. I've gone into the office on several occassions and the ladies were always respectful and welcoming. The manager was honest, direct and respectful to me and you couldn't ask for anything more. The location is great, close to everything you need.

    The apartment itself is fairly low quality for the price - the antiquated flooring and kitchen cabinets, the low quality paint job and windows, consistently malfunctioning kitchen lighting and washing machine, poor snow removal, non-existent parking lot lines, and inefficient heating/cooling units are just a few reasons. But most of all, the inconsiderate residents that live here.
